Introducing the 7-day Therapeutic Meal Plan
Offering a variety of macro-computed and nutrient-rich meals that are designed to manage conditions such as Hypertension, Diabetes, Gout, Renal issues, Cardiovascular problems, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Sports Management, and Weight Management. All meal plans are approved by our team of Registered Nutritionist Dietitian and prepared by chefs to ensure that each meal is packed with the essential nutrients your body needs to stay healthy and well.

What does it contain?
Four (4) meals per day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack.
What is the meal program duration?
Start any day, with a 2-day lead time. Meal plan duration is for 7 days (including weekends)
How many calories does the meal plan contain?
Ranging from 1,200 to 3,000 kCal*.
*Our Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian will evaluate and recommend the appropriate calories for your meal plan.

Delivery Information:
Delivery is every night before consumption (between 5 pm - 9 pm).
Delivery is c/o our freelance riders. You will receive an SMS alert when your order is on the way. The rider will SMS you when your order has been delivered.
For deliveries to office and condo buildings, please inform your lobby guard/receptionist to receive your meals.
The Sugar-Free Bakery Items: Baked goods are made fresh and delivered from Monday to Thursday evening, between 6 - 9 PM with your Therapeutic Meal Plan. For The Sugar-Free Bakery Items orders only, please order at www.sugarfreebakery.com. Order cut-off is 5 PM.
